For those clients wanting a combination of consultancy and training to help them Set up as well as be trained in Sage, we offer our Train & Go programme.
During this programme we will work with you to set up your accounts/payroll package on a stage by stage process. This means we will visit you several times to get you established and confident with handling Sage. A typical programme for accounts could be as follows.

- Visit 1
Establish how you are going to use Sage and work with you to set it up accordingly. In the process, deal with the basics of using Sage and some of the underlining principles of Book Keeping. Start setting up Customers and Suppliers so that the you can continue this process in advance of the next visit. If appropriate, determination of opening balances and method of entry. NB Dealing with opening balances may require an extra visit.
- Visit 2
Train you in the day to day entry of data into Sage using a mixture of real and sample data. This will enable you to continue this process, with real data for the first month of operation pending the next visit.
- Visit 3
Undertake Month end checks, reconciliations and procedures. Produce standard Bank/VAT/Creditors/Debtors/Management Reports. Instruction in the extra procedure required at VAT quarter end.
- Further Visits
If required further visits to support you as you gain confidence or cover some more advanced topics.

This programme is a variation on Train & Go and is for those companies in a hurry. It is a combination of all of our main services allowing a very fast start up with ultimate progression to independence.
The idea behind this programme is that we not only set up your system for you, but we also run it for you for a period while you are learning. This not only gives a quick start, it also relieves you of the inevitable anxiety of getting used to a new system, along with worries about errors.
A typical programme for accounts could be as follows.

- Phase One
We work with you to establish how you are going to use Sage and set it up accordingly.
- Phase Two
We run your Accounts/Payroll for you for an agreed period.
- Phase Three
We train you in the use of Sage with the aim of you taking over at the end of our support period.

NB Phase Two and Three can take place consecutively.

Support assist allows you to tap into our vast range of experience in the use of Sage Products. Whether you want long term, short term or Ad Hoc support for your Sage Products we can assist.
There is no annual fee, just pay for the support as and when you need it. Just give us a call and we will either answer your question there and then, or we will arrange to come and see you.

Our recruit assist package is ideal for those companies wanting to recruit full time Sage Book Keeping / Payroll staff. This package is particularly useful to small organisations that have little or no accounting knowledge. We can ease the way for you in several ways.

- We can train your existing staff to take over the Book Keeping function.
- We can either assist with or take over the process of short listing applicants from application forms.
- We can assist with or perform the first interview.
- If appropriate we can perform a short test on your applicants.
- Where necessary we can train your selected candidate in any areas of weakness.
